WHAT IS STORED
your email address, the subject, your message and the times it was sent and answered. nothing else. no ip address, no user agent, no referrer, no location, and no attachments.
a closed ticket is deleted 90 days after it was closed. spam is deleted after 7 days. you get a link to your ticket by mail, and that link is the only key to it.
mail to help@ passes through Cloudflare Email Routing. replies go out through our mail provider, named here once it is chosen. the pages run on Cloudflare, which sees page requests. details are on the privacy page.
